Just want to say a huge thank you to Hayley who after listening to our requirements helped us to find a fantastic family holiday.
Hayley was very helpful throughout and reassured me by answering all the questions I had.
When we arrived we received a room upgrade and found a lovely bowl of fruit and bottle of wine with a note from Hayley welcoming us to the hotel and wishing us a lovely holiday.
