By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions. 

• Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees of Travelseen,  Didsbury Business Centre, 137 Barlow Moor Road, Manchester, M20 2PW, TFS Buying Limited, TFS Stores Limited, per-Scent Limited each of  80 Mosley Road, Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1PG, and Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa, Maldives or the suppliers of the prize or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the competition.
• The entrant must be aged 18 or over. 
• Proof of identity and age may be required. 
• Internet access is required. 
• Use of a false information will result in disqualification.
• Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void. 
• Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 
• Prize includes UK return flights, 4 nights’ accommodation at the Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa, Maldives, on Bed & Breakfast Basis and a fragrance bundle from The Fragrance Shop. 
• Transfers within the UK or in resort are not provided.
• Travel insurance is not provided
• Travel must be completed by 15 Dec 2025. Peak season dates from 15 Dec 2024 – 06 January 20025 and 5-22 April 2025, are excluded.
• The flight and accommodation elements associated with the prize must be booked and confirmed no later than 30 Oct 2024. 
• The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize, including any necessary/required travel documents, passports and visas. 
• The winner must regularly share photos and comments regularly during their trip on social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram (guidance can be provided by Travel Seen). They are required to tag @fragranceshopuk, @travelseenoffical, and @hideawaybeachmaldives 
• Prize is subject to availability and Travel Seen, TFS Buying Limited’s terms and conditions. 
• In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter Travel Seen will offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.  
• The winner agrees to the use of their name and photograph and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests the promoter makes relating to any post-winning publicity. 
• Unless stated otherwise the winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date. 
• Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner within 1 week by direct message on social media and email. If the winner cannot be contacted and does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification or is unable to comply with these terms and conditions, the promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random.
• Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize. 
• The Promoters are TFS Buying Limited, 80 Mosley Road, Trafford Park, Manchester, M17 1PG, together with Travel Seen, Didsbury Business Centre, 137 Barlow Moor Road, Manchester, M20 2PW. 
• In the event of a discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail. 
• The competition winner shall be disclosed upon email request for a period of two months (unless otherwise stated) after the close of the competition for marketing purposes. Only the winner’s last name and country, if provided, will be disclosed.
• Any personal data that you supply The Fragrance Shop and Travelseen with for the purpose of entering a competition will be used by The Fragrance Shop and Travelseen
  (i) to administer that competition;
  and
  (ii) will be passed to the supplier of the prize, who may later contact you about other competitions or services which they consider to be of interest to you.
• By entering the competition, the customer consents to The Fragrance Shop and Travelseen sending updates about The Fragrance Shop and Travelseen from time to time send and other relevant information and services.  Your email will not be given to any other third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time.
