Opened in January 2025, ZEM is a 40,000 m² Mediterranean sanctuary with 95 luxury rooms and suites, a 4,000 m² spa and wellness centre plus a cutting-edge clinic covering 25+ medical specialties and seven signature programmes designed for measurable long-term results
Farm-to-table done properly: ZEM has its own fruit and vegetable farm (Finca Althaya) and guests can tour it. Around 30–35% is currently managed sustainably with a goal of 100% by 2026. Extra produce is sourced only from certified organic farms
