I literally could not book a holiday without Katie, we have used her since 2017 now and she is apart of our holiday and makes it extra special. She takes all the stress off you and makes it enjoyable from the minute you start your holiday search. We have had some set backs with holidays (one too many times) and she has just been AMAZING, nothing is ever too much, she takes care of EVERYTHING.
